Short Description:

(1) DT ⅱ fixed belt conveyor is a general type series of products, can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, port, power station, building materials, chemical, light industry, petroleum and other industries. By single machine or multi-unit synthetic conveyor system to transport materials, can transport loose density of 500 ~ 2500Kg/m3 of all kinds of loose material and pieces of goods.
(2) DT ⅱ type fixed belt conveyor applicable working environment temperature is generally -25 ~ 40℃. For the belt conveyor working in a special environment, such as the requirements of heat, cold, waterproof, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, flame retardant and other conditions, should be separately adopted the corresponding protective measures.
(3) DT ⅱ type fixed belt conveyor are designed according to the parts series. The designer can choose the type to design and combine the whole conveyor according to the requirements of conveying technology and different terrain and working conditions. This series of parts can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined transportation, and can also adopt the transportation form of convex arc, concave arc and straight line.
(4) The material particle size allowed by the conveyor depends on the bandwidth, belt speed, groove Angle and inclination Angle, and also depends on the frequency of the bulk material. The maximum granularity applicable to various bandwidths is recommended according to the following table. When transporting hard rock, after the bandwidth exceeds 1200mm, the particle size should be limited to 350mm in general, and cannot increase with the increase of the bandwidth.
