EZ jaw gate

Short Description:

EZ jaw gate is mainly used in the lower part of the storage bin or hopper to discharge materials or adjust the flow of materials of a mechanical device, the gate is closed to make the storage bin intermittent discharge. The equipment uses two fan plates equivalent to two fan gates to complete the opening and closing of a discharge port by the turn of the jaw plate. The gate is compact and reasonable in structure, easy to install and maintain and flexible in operation.
The features of the equipment are:
(1) It is suitable for powder and granular materials such as ore, coal, coke, ash, chemical raw materials and products whose material density is not greater than 2T /m3.
(2) The device can control the flow of material by controlling the opening degree of the gate.
(3) The equipment is equipped with an electric push rod with overload protection device, and can be remotely operated or controlled by program.
