Characteristics and application
LS type screw conveyor is designed and manufactured according to JB/T7679 “Screw conveyor” standard, which is the replacement product of GX type screw conveyor. Head and tail bearing moved to the outside shell, suspension bearing adopts the sliding bearing, the dust seal device, commonly used bearing shell powder metallurgy, transport cement adopts the felt pad, hoisting shaft and propeller shaft connected by sliding block, remove the screw, no mobile device drivers, removing suspension bearing without moving screw, can not remove the cover plate suspension bearing lubrication, the machine has high reliability, long life, Strong adaptability, easy installation and maintenance.
Screw conveyor is widely used in various industries, such as building materials, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, coal, food and other industries, suitable for horizontal or inclined transportation of powder, granular and small bulk materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, grain, etc., material temperature is less than 200℃. Screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying metamorphic, viscous, easy to agglomerate materials.

Considerations for selection:
A. Spiral diameter
The minimum spiral diameter shall be determined by the rotating speed and the conveying capacity, and meet the following conditions: for conveying bulk materials, the spiral diameter D shall be at least 10 times the maximum side length of particles. If the content of large particles is small, a smaller spiral diameter can be selected, but at least 4 times the maximum side length of particles.
B, rotational speed
The speed of screw conveyor is not allowed to be too large, otherwise the material is transported by strong centrifugal force, so that the conveying process is affected, according to JB/T7679-95 "Screw conveyor" standard each specification has 4 kinds of speed for selection.
