This machine is a continuous working slag conveying equipment, composed of transmission device, driven device, slag trough, chain and roller. The transmission device is composed of motor, reducer, active chain and frame. The power is transferred to the reducer by the motor through the triangle belt, and through the coupling, so that the active sprocket turns the drive chain. The chain is made of chain joints connected with column pins. The chain joints are made of three different materials, namely cast iron, ductile iron and cast steel. The chain slides in the slag conveying trough covered with cast stone slabs to take away the slag. So it has the characteristics of clean slag removal, wear resistance and long service time. Because the coupling is equipped with a pin by the safety slot, so that the slag removal machine overload and abnormal is not easy to damage the important parts and burn the motor.
