3. Working principle: This series of vibrating screen belongs to a single body forced vibration system, the excitation source is a pair of the same type of vibration motor. When the two vibration motors are running synchronously in reverse, the centrifugal force is always superimposed along the throwing direction at each instant of the eccentric block rotation. The component forces in the normal direction always cancel each other, forming a single exciting force along the throwing direction. Under the action of the force, the material is screened according to the vibration frequency of the screen box for continuous oblique upward throwing motion, each vibration a more part of the material through the screen so as to achieve the purpose of screening.
